Counseling Services in Texas for Children, Teens, and Adults

Support for life’s challenges- at every stage

At Healing Hearts of Texas, I offer virtual and in-person counseling services for children (8+), adolescents, and adults across Texas.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, ADHD, or parenting challenges, therapy can be a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood..

What we can work through together

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear starting point- just a willingness to begin.

I commonly support:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Grief and loss

  • Anxiety and stress

  • ADHD and impulsivity

  • Parenting challenges

My work focuses on helping you better understand your experiences while building tools to support you in your everyday life.

A solution-focused, compassionate approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I use solution-focused strategies to support individuals and families as they navigate life’s changes and challenges.

My approach is grounded in:

  • Trauma-informed care

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

The goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your emotions and feel heard, supported, and empowered.
